The approved master plan was designed by James KM Cheng Architects and will be executed by award-winning Hariri Pontarini Architects (HPA) and Arcadis (formerly IBI). 

Mayfair West will also set a high bar for sustainability, meeting Vancouver City Council’s recent changes to construction bylaws and aligning with our net zero carbon commitments. 

Grosvenor is leading all aspects of the development and owns the property with capital partners MOMC, the company that acquired the site in 2016, and Transca, our partner on the successful Polaris residential development in Burnaby.
